Romeo Valeza - Modern Matron

As modern matron I lead the nursing team, providing direction, advice and expertise on all matters relating to professional nursing issues. Through this clinical leadership I am responsible for effectively managing the nursing workforce to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered and monitored.

Lesley Newman - Operations Manager

I am responsible for the day to day running of the Unit. My main focus is to ensure that high quality care is provided to patients at all times, in a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

I am also focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with the Trust and the Unit’s clinicians, ensuring that all services that support Harley Street at UCH do so effectively. I am the Unit’s lead on quality, health and safety and service level agreements.

Chantell Kilgallon - Patient Administration Manager

I am responsible for the efficient running of Patient Administration and Reception and deal with many non clinical aspects of the patient journey, from admission to billing,  liaising with medical insurance providers and ensuring self funding patients are given an a quotation prior to admission.  My team and I are committed to providing each patient with a smooth and efficient service, and to ease any administrative burdens. We also work together with the consultants and clinical team to ensure each patient’s needs are catered for.
